OPERATIONAL SUPPORT
I take on ad interim tasks in your organization that need a new polish or require a new positioning. But I also simply provide temporary support when additional resources are needed.
STRATEGIC PROJECTS
The introduction of a new IT system, the development of a succession plan, ..., or the introduction of a Comp&Ben structure for your international locations? I take on project responsibility and work closely with all the specialist departments involved at your company.
INTERNATIONALIZATION
Could the cooperation of your teams with colleagues abroad be better? I help to develop a structure, a culture of cooperation and provide you with practical support in shaping the cooperation. In particular, communication in the German-French environment is my specialty.
NEEDS ANALYSIS
As part of a one-week project, I will analyze your processes and organization with you. This needs analysis will primarily consist of interviews and on-site observations. Based on this, you can then decide what needs to be done.
COACHING
